Yahrtzeit of the Ach Pri Tevuah of Liska Marked

A tisch commemorating the yahrtzeit of Harav Tzvi Hersh of Liska, zt”l, will take place at 7:30 p.m. this Sunday, 14 Av, in the Liska beis medrash, located at 1449 50th Street in Boro Park. Known by the name of the sefer he authored, Ach Pri Tevuah, Rav Tzvi Hersh of Liska attracted thousands of chassidim in Hungary. His yahrtzeit was famous in the pre-World War II era as a day when Yidden were zocheh to yeshuos. The yahrtzeit tisch will be conducted by his illustrious descendant, ybl”c, the current Liska Rebbe, Harav Tzvi Hersh Friedlander, shlita, the author of Chamudei Tzvi on Shas.
