The Beer Shmuel of Unsdorf ate only the obligatory kezeisimof Matza. On Chol Hamoed he did not eat matzah at all. This was the custom of the great Yismach Moshe and his talmid Rebbe Hershel of Liska, from whom Rebbe Shmuel most likely derived the practice.
